This position will provide manufacturing expertise in the areas of powder coat paint, wet paint, wash systems, automation systems, new system installations, shot blasting, chrome plating, and environmental aspects for all global regions.
The candidate will be required to highlight future-state conditions within manufacturing processes and demonstrate a strong commitment towards innovative approaches supporting company objectives and advancing new technologies.
The candidate will work to develop detailed business cases for new manufacturing processes and present them to the leadership team.
The candidate will be required to lead cross-functional teams in all aspects of projects including research, capital request, project planning, and manufacturing implementation. EXPERIENCE, REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS :Age(Fresh): 23-30
Experience: Experience of doing plating engineer job at least 2 years in manufacturing company.
The candidates needs to set up machines for Plating
