Our Client's Profile: Our client is part of a worldwide enterprise operating several services – mostly within the hospitality and yachting business. The company was founded in the early 2000 and have expanded ever since. Following their newly established dive resort at Raja Ampat, West Papua, our client is looking for an experienced professional to join the team.

Job description:

  • You will be responsible for overseeing a busy 60 seat restaurant, with bar.
  • You need to speak excellent English and manage and coordinate the entire restaurant and bar front of the house, back of house and kitchen services.
  • You will need to have excellent organizational, strong leadership, management, and financial skills, as you will be required to deliver superior guest services, ensure absolute customer satisfaction, organize and supervise shifts, track operations, control costs, keep accurate records and cut waste.
  • You must be able to prepare hot, cold and mixed drinks, explain how various menu items are prepared, describing ingredients and cooking methods and be required to maintain and enforce high hygiene and safety standards.

Experience:

  • Previous experience as the Restaurant Manager in hotels/resorts is required.
  • Minimum 3-year hands-on experience in serving foreign customers/guests.
  • Experience in leading people.

IT Skills:

  • Need excellent knowledge of the MS Office package.

Language Skills:

  • Bahasa as a mother tongue.
  • Fluent English (written and verbal)
