Requirements :
- Female, Max 30 years old
- Minimum of at least 3 years experience as a Section Head , preferably in insurance companies
- Have a good ability in English, Ms. Office, Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (all concentration)
- Ability to direct the team and have a firm commitment
- Discipline, creative, innovative, and have a good interpersonal skill
- Has successful story to generate new business and maintain existing accounts/clients.
- Maintain existing relationships in order to protect existing books of business
- Has experience for manage renewal polis and potential producers that have prospective business that meets the companies underwriting criteria
- Provide feedback to the underwriting department to ensure quality service and underwriting standards are maintained
