PRIMARY FUNCTIONAssist Personnel GA Manager in planning, developing implementation and evaluation activities related major aspect of human resources function. Assists in developing and administering policies and programs covering several or most of the following: Staffing, Compensation and Benefit, employee relation, security, employee service (General Affair), HRIS and regulatory compliances dealing with labor issues. Duties may also include office services, facilities, community relations, labor relationsMAJOR ACCOUNTABLITIES DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES
- General Affair / Service : To supervise, coordinate and motivation of GA Supervisor, such job functions as transportation (Company car) / contractor vehicle, cleaning service (office boy / office girl), messenger (Branch offices), drivers, uniform, claim, car maintenance and expenses, maintain and make the analysis of stationary consumption for each department.
- Make the good relationship between the company and the government institution : Manpower Department, Industrial, police, villagers and societies surround the factory / Plant, etc
- Compensation & Benefit: Work Closely with HRDM and BOD in providing competitive compensation and benefit for employee in accordance with company policies and regulation, such as salary increment, salary planning, salary structure, welfare, promotion and medical care and verification of check of employee medical claim.
- Employee Relation: Work closely with HRDM to create a conductive atmosphere between the employees and company in such program as orientation, communication, Sport, recreation, etc. To set and work closely with BOD and Labor union to make the collective labor agreement, conduct the monthly communication with labor union.
- Security: Supervise GA Supervisor to provide, arrange and coordinating the security of all company assets, premises and protect the factory and contract warehouse from any disturbance, treat, theft, destruction and commotion in line with the company policy.
- Payroll : Supervise the Payroll Supervisor and staff and verification all payment related final payment , daily payment , monthly salary calculation, overtime payment, payment of Jamsostek (employee insurance) / BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan.
- HRIS (Human Resource Information System) to implement, enhance maintain HRIS in the company to easy data inquiry intersectional (transferring, attendance, absenteeism, medical leave, annual leave, resignation, termination, canteen payment, warning letter, headcount report, employee data up dating.
- All other duties signed by GM Operational, HRDM and Director from time to time.
- He/she must least 5 years experience in a National and Multi National Company with MFG environment, process good communication skill at all level (down ward and upwards) and have more than 5 (five) staff before
- Bachelors degree
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and databases
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory
