HR Manager will work closely with Director of IT & Infrastructure and will responsible to implement solutions within designated area of responsibility. Manage oversees transactional & preliminary stage of employee relations issues. Recognizes potential employee relations issues in a proactive manner and either resolves the issue or moves the concern to senior leaders. Fosters positive team environment among staff. Manages programs, policies, and procedures to support the organizational culture. Maintains general knowledge of ethical laws, standards, legislation, and trends that may affect organizational HR practice. Conduct performance review discussions as well as design effective compensation and recognition systems that reward people for their contributions every annually. Implements HR operational strategy and also determines best practices to support organizational direction. Provides training and mentoring to all level o f employees.
Qualifications:
- Degree in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
- Extensive experience in relevant field of HR within a retail environment.
- Strong analytical skills & compliance driven.
- Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies.
- Experience of conducting formal appraisals with senior level staff .
- High level of verbal and written communication skills (English essential).
