Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ensure only the GREAT SERVICES delivered to the Client.
- As a JUNIOR CONSULTANT, you will get a chance to LEARN and DEVELOP YOURSELF by getting involved in various assigned consulting PROJECTS and TRAINING together with our renowned clients.
- Reporting directly to the PROJECT MANAGER, and assist him/her in various MANAGEMENT-CONSULTANCY Projects, as well as assist the PROJECT MANAGER in PROCESS MAPPING, and ADMINISTERING related paperwork during the project.
- Assist the PROJECT MANAGER to liaise with DEPARTMENT's user in formulating & capturing BUSINESS PROCESS & NEEDS to be translated into a well-documented POLICIES & PROCEDURES (SOP), including administering and preparing FLOW-CHART & PROCESS-FLOW by using Ms-Visio, as well as any other tools required.
- Assist the PROJECT MANAGER to prepare the PROPOSALS, all required DELIVERABLES, as well as D-DAY activities and PRESENTATION to the respective clients.
- Develop and maintain a good working relationship and smooth communication between team member and other department and supportive of team activities, especially to the Client's organizations.
- Make a Courtesy call while also maintaining the relationship after the project with the respective assigned client, for the sake of long-term cooperation.
Requirements:
- GPA min 2.75 out of 4.
- Max. 27 years old.
- Candidate with High (self) Motivation for SUCCESS.
- A hard-worker with Integrity & embedded Trustworthy value.
- Diploma or Bachelor degree in any major (MBA/S2 degree is a PLUS).
- A result oriented person with self-discipline & attention to detail attached.
- Good analytical thinking, numerical data, as well as communication & interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate in Ms-Word, Ms-Excel, Ms-PowerPoint, Ms-Visio, as well as Email & Internet.
- Preferably candidate with 1-2 years working experience in similar role, BUT a FRESH GRADUATES who active in Organizations is also welcome to apply.
