Asole distributor for the most prominent & respected global brands in pro audio, video, automation and musical instrument is looking for some young, energetic and experienced manager to fill the vacancy as:

Objective:
- To develop existing or new distribution channels and/or project opportunities
- To achieve company sales target
- To recruit and grow sales teams
Requirements:
- Age between30-40 years old.
- At least bachelor (S1) degree.
- Have minimum 5 (five) years of working experiences & preferably from sales & marketing, sales engineering or business development role, of which the 2(two) years is in managerial role.
- Have a good leadership & managerial skills, passionate, very driven / motivated with sales target achievement, 'never give-up' encouragements & good communication.
- Have a wide-network in distribution channels or certain vertical market (hospitality, government, education)
- Can speak or write English fluently
Responsibility:
- Selling the company's products & solutions to dealer network or various vertical markets
- Build a closed mutual relationship to the companies / consultants that related to the pro audio video and automation market
- Always seek creatively any sales opportunity of vertical target market segments.
