Job Description:

We are looking for TALENTED and CREATIVE individual to work together in our ICONIC development project. You will be working together with World Class Architect and Consultant to create a master piece development. You will be a part of our in house team that translate our vision into reality

Responsibilities:

• Able to manage drawing from conceptualization to completion within the deadline
• Oversee, prepare and update permit drawings, schematic drawings, detail development drawings and construction drawings
• Attends meeting with design team and coordinates with all disciplines involved in project
• Required to manage and supervise team members when needed

Requirements:

• Minimum S1 Degree in Architecture from respectful university with GPA > 3.00
• Have minimum 3 years of experience for High Rise or Superblock Development
• Have minimum 3 years of working experience in Architecture Consultant Firm
• Have a good sense of Design
• Strong knowledge of computer aided design tools such as AUTOCAD, Revit, Sketch-up, Photoshop, Corel draw and rendering
• Have a good knowledge of local regulation that regarding to architecture
• Have a good knowledge in selection colors and material
• Strong knowledge with Numbers and Architecture Schedule Area
• Have a good knowledge in structural and mechanical for high rise building
• Candidate must pose leadership quality, experience in management of project team including coordination with clients, consultants and contractor
• Able to communicate in English
• Able to work under pressure and a team player
• Willing to work in Surabaya Project
