West Java and South Sulawesi Responsibilities Include:
- Land negotiations
- Identifying PAP affected by the project
- Introduction and project explanation to PAP
- Measurement and inventory of PAPs land
- Socio-Economic interview with PAP
- Delivery of compensation information/negotiation with PAP
- Transaction with PAP
- Post-purchase engagement with PAP
- Create reports of engagement with PAPs and assist in Community Engagement Registry
- Maintain a database of landowners and land users agreements and payments
- Maintain engaging relationship with local stakeholder/government (village head, hamlet head) regarding the project
- Minimum of 3 years successful experience with land acquisition
- Participate in, supervise local land team and conclude all land negotiations helpful
- Assist in hiring land teams a plus
- Extensive travel required; willing to relocate to project site for duration of project
- Fluent Indonesian and some English is mandatory
- Fluent Sundanese or Javanese or Makassar helpful in some locations
- Government regulation compliance experience
- High proficiency in MS Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point) required
- Excellent communication skills, personable, team player
