Job Description:
1. Generally work is self-directed and not prescribed.
2. Works with less structured and more complex issues.
3. Serves as a resource to other team members as designated by project leader.
4. This position may require extensive travelling to Jawa Timur and Bali.
5. Responsible for documenting process flows and users requirements.
6. Responsible for follow up action items.
7. Develop project timeline, and manage - monitor - report progress against agreed timeline.
8. Develop project budget, and manage - monitor - report expenditures against approved budget.
9. Compile and manage project documentations.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree from relevant fields. Highly considering graduates from reputable foreign universities.
2. Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.
3. Must be FLUENT in English. 4. Experience in project team is a PLUS. 5. PMP or PRINCE II certification is a definite PLUS. 6. Strong computing skills: MS Office, MS Project, MS Visio and relevant office softwares. 7. Ability to develop Gantt Chart and Reporting Charts is a Must. 8. Self Driven, Able to Work Independently as well as within a Complex Team. 9. Adaptability towards rapidly changing working environment.
