Job Description
- Planning, designing & implementing overall risk management process for the company
- Identify and assess all possible risks that may affect the business, which includes analyzing collateral values from the members, a thorough due diligence on financial, counterparty, and default risk
- Develop, implement, and manage the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework
- Develop and maintain the risk governance arrangements
- Establish Business Continuity Management to anticipate all risks
- Present accurate and timely reporting to risks and requirements within the business
- Advice management on critical risks that require immediate attention in order to ensure they are resolved in an efficient and timely manner
- Responsible for audits of policy and compliance to standards, including liaison with internal and external auditors as well as audits to the members and business partner
- Coordinate and collate report or risk incidents and operation errors in an appropriate way for different audiences, to the Board of Directors, business heads as well as individuals Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree Finance/Accountancy or equivalent and Certified in Risk Management (CRMP/FRM/ERM)
- Have experience minimal 7 years as a risk management manager
- Have good analytical thinking skill, communication skill, strong motivation, and able to work independently
