Alhambra Spa & Bistro are require a manager for a spa and restaurant in Hartono Mall (Yogyakarta). The candidate must be prepared to do everything to ensure the success and competitiveness of the store.
STORE MANAGER
Duties include:
- Management tasks:

- Creating work schedules.
- Hiring/firing/training/motivating staff.
- Being a role model for other staff members by learning and doing every task that they are supposed to do.
- Secretarial tasks:

- Maintaining employee records.
- HR paperwork and tasks.
- Taking meeting minutes.
- Writing letters and contracts.
- Making SOPs.
- Customer service.
- Basic accounting and inventory.

- Updating bookkeping daily.
- Updating inventory daily.
- Dealing with vendors, tukangs, mall staff, government, etc.
- PR and marketing tasks.
- Doing everything necessary to ensure the success of the business.
- Work hours are full-time and shifts follow mall peak operational hours: evenings, weekends.
- Working on location and outside as required.
