Job Description :
- Checking and controlling all public areas
- Make good relation with all operation departments and all tenants.
- Monitoring tenants Fit Out and reinstatement activities and make sure the tenants follow the rule of standard that has been determined by the Building Management.
- To be responsible to all rooms which have not been leased and maintain those rooms with their properties inside.
- Make sure all rooms are in good and clean condition.
- Planning building renovation regularly
- Coordination with Engineering department to make rooms renovation in order to hand over to tenant.
- Supervise contractor's job.
- As the eyes of Chief Property and Building Manager to giving the information building project and making communicate and coordination with every person which is involved to the project.
- Male/Female, maximum 35 years old
- Bachelor Degree from reputable University.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience as Fit Out Supervisor in high rise building / Building Management
- Excellent in computer literate (MS Word, MS Excel, Auto Cad and MS Power Point).
- Good Interpersonal and communication skill.
- Located in SCBD Sudirman South Jakarta.
