Mezaic is a creative marketing agency that delivers print, social and digital campaigns that work across all media and industries. We are looking for an Account Executive to drive our brand and develop and manage a range of client relationships with a focus on profitability and repeat business.
As the successful candidate, you will report to our Director and be responsible for overseeing projects on a day to day basis, ensuring they run smoothly, meet budget and achieve their potential.
You will be involved in:
- Creating a portfolio of client accounts and monitoring the ongoing activities related to them;
- Managing and reviewing the progress and delivery of client projects;
- Conducting meetings with clients as well as informing them about the current work status of their projects;
- Establishing relationships with new clients and maintaining and nurturing business relationships with existing clients to drive revenue and generate new opportunities;
- Providing project direction and maintaining a clear strategy to achieve the very best outcome for the client;
- Facilitating client meetings and communicating accurate notes and briefs to ensure project requirements are met;
- Gathering and recording project information and client feedback and communicating that to the studio;
- Juggling multiple projects and deal with multiple stakeholders; and
- Identifying upcoming opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell across design and web.
As the successful candidate you will:
- Have at least 2 years of experience with a good understanding of the fundamentals of account management and client service
- Have a solid background in advertising, design or marketing
- Understand creative processes and techniques including digital platforms
- Be highly organised and able to respond to clients in a timely manner
- Have a persuasive and confident approach to creative projects
- Posses excellent written and oral communication skills
- Have a strong attention to detail and budgetary restraints
- Be willing to note relevant trends and develop ideas
