Lowongan Kerja Country Manager, Technology Company PT Indonesia
Our client, an innovative Swedish multinational technology company is looking for a Country Manager for Indonesia. The Company develops and sells cutting edge products and services aimed primarily for the healthcare industry.
The purpose of the position is to start up, manage and develop the Indonesian branch of the company, including operational and administrative procedures. This in order to achieve the company's vision and to execute the short and long term financial and operational strategies and targets.
Responsibilities:
- To actively manage the Indonesian market & office and, when found appropriate, make suggestions for changes, improvements and other measures necessary for the development of the company.
- The Country Manager directly reports to the headquarter's COO.
- To take an overall perspective, coordinate, manage and develop the office budget as well as the resources, processes and, when approved by the COO, enforce it to ensure achieving the set goals.
- Assist the headquarter's CFO to ensure that financial transactions and reports are implemented and drawn up in accordance with regulations and established accounting principles.
- Maintain, develop and operate the Indonesian office's personnel practices such as payroll, contract signing and ensure that laws and agreements are followed.
- Coordinate with the headquarter's CCO on marketing and sales planning and execution.
- Collaborate with other senior executives across the organization to ensure that the office supports and integrates with other parts of the business and is in line with the company's overall goals.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge and skills
- Minimum bachelor's degree (post graduate and MBA will be prioritized).
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Product Manager or equivalent position in the medical devices, pharmaceuticals or healthcare provider industry.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian market ecosystem for remuneration of service and product suppliers for medical devices, pharmaceuticals and healthcare industry as a whole – B2B, B2C, including direct payment and reimbursement systems.
- Experience of designing, implementing and launching a new product and/or service in the Indonesian market.
- Managed branding and marketing projects.
- Experience in procurement of services in advertising and communication.
- Skills in project management.
- Experience in managing complex projects.
- Ability to coach and train others such as product managers and sales executives.
- Professional level in English in written and oral communication.
- Bahasa Indonesia professional proficiency is required.
