Position: Production Supervisor
Main Job Descriptions:
1. Lead production operation effectively and efficiently.
2. Establish and maintain production best-practice and procedures, such as lean, 5S, etc.
3. Coordinate with related department (engineering, warehouses, PPIC) regarding production requirements and scheduling.
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor, any field, preferably in Industrial Engineering, with at least 2 years experience in related fields. Fresh graduate will be considered.
Required skills: Leadership Skill, Communication Skill, Problem Solving Skill, Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Supervisor level specialising in manufacturing operation.
