Job Description:
- Establish, manage, review and improve the day to day contracted training calendar for the company personnel on contract to clients
- Ability to review client specified training and create a Training Management Plan, Training Programmer, Lessons Plans and Templates designed to deliver training that exceeds client expectations
- Delivery of exceptional training across the range of training needs for the company including basic level guard training required
- Design, develop, deliver, assess and validate a Train the Trainer programme which delivers staff who are confident and competent in the delivery of designated training as well as the production of basic training plans and lessons templates in accordance with agree standards
- Guidance and advice to the company director on regulatory directives that apply to training within the security industry
Requirement:
- Hold Bachelor Degree form any discipline
- Min 5 years experiences in the same position
- Good presentation skill, communication skill and good management skills
- Having experience to train the trainer
- Competent and confident in delivering Train the Trainer courses
- Excellent in computer skill (MS Office, Power points, etc.)
- Good in English both oral and written
