MEGALAND HOTEL a four star business hotel, centrally located in the heart of Solo city, with 101 rooms, restaurant, swimming pool, and ballroom, is seeking candidates to join our dynamic team as:

ADMIN SALES & MARKETING
BANQUET SALES (CODE : BS)
SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE (CODE : SSE)

General reqruitments:

1. ADMIN SALES & MARKETING

Having minimum 1 years experience as similiar position sales & marketing hotel administration
Min D3 graduate in relevant studies
Having capability to operate Microsoft Office tools and website
Have the ability to work both in a team or individually, under pressure and good communication
Hard working and willing to spend overtime
Fluently speak english both oral or written

2. BANQUET SALES (CODE : BS)

Having minimum 2 years experience in similiar position preferably from Hotel
Min D3 graduate in relevant studies
Have the ability to work both in a team or individually and under pressure
Dynamic, energetic and enthusiastic personality
Honest, sincere, dedicated, creative and innovative
Have a permit driving and personal vehicle
Have acknowledge about banquet product and system

3. SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE (CODE : SSE)

Minimum Diploma III (D3) with Hotel & Tourism Background
Having minimum 2 years experience in similiar position preferably from Hotel
Having lead corporate group
Familiar with function room regulation is a must
Understanding of Basic Finance and Rooms Forecasting an advantage
Must have achieved a track record of achieving sales target in current and previous organizations
Highly motivated, full initiative & team work oriented
