Accounts Executive

Based in South Jakarta

  Primary Job Function

• Data Entry
• Regular meetings with management and the team to ensure the teams have frequent communications to continually improve
• Comments, issues and feedback reporting to all departments
• Working with the team to deal with all escalation of issues. Reporting of escalated issues to management in regular meetings
• Ensuring all policies are up to date and applied as a standard of practice
• Investigation of any anomalies highlighted internally or externally
• Escalation and reporting of process improvements, web and mobile enhancements and logistic quality

  Required Skills

• Effectively communicate in Bahasa (written and verbally)
• Effectively communicate in English (written and verbally)
• Time management
• Attention with details and facts
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Problem investigation and resolution
