Accounts Executive
Based in South Jakarta
Primary Job Function
- Data Entry
- Regular meetings with management and the team to ensure the teams have frequent communications to continually improve
- Comments, issues and feedback reporting to all departments
- Working with the team to deal with all escalation of issues. Reporting of escalated issues to management in regular meetings
- Ensuring all policies are up to date and applied as a standard of practice
- Investigation of any anomalies highlighted internally or externally
- Escalation and reporting of process improvements, web and mobile enhancements and logistic quality
- Effectively communicate in Bahasa (written and verbally)
- Effectively communicate in English (written and verbally)
- Time management
- Attention with details and facts
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Problem investigation and resolution
