Job Description
- Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Digital Cinema equipment
- Service support (site visit, phone, remote) and planned maintenance of Digital Cinema equipment
- Understand customer requirements and provide customized solution based on their needs
- Testing and evaluation of software and hardware solutions developed by the company
- RMA testing and logistics coordination
Responsibilities
- Deliver high quality Customer Service Support.
- Forecasting and ensuring on‐time availability of spare parts for customer needs.
- Analyzing the root cause of failures
- Interaction with customers, resellers & system integrators to provide technical support and assist in troubleshooting
- Maintaining a good rapport with customer, resellers & system integrators.
General Requirements
- Aptitude to learn new technologies
- Willingness to work during non‐working hours and holidays occasionally.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Should possess good troubleshooting skills.
- Can work independently with limited supervision.
Preferred Academic & Job Skills
- Diploma or equivalent / Degree from Electronics, Computer, Information technology or any other related streams.
- Previous work experience as "IT Service support" is an added advantage
- Hands‐on experience on Linux shell and Windows operating systems is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of computer networking is an added advantage.
- Computer hardware troubleshooting is an added advantage.
- Sound knowledge of system integration is an added advantage.
- Electronic, electrical, signalling and cabling knowledge is an added advantage.
- Background of working with Digital Cinema equipment is an advantage
