RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Develop and manage a strategy for long-term retail growth, which is aligned with the overall mission of the company 2. Collaborate with marketing to ensure consistent messaging and appearance across retail and organization 3. Translate strategic goals into retail operational plans to achieve the required targeted growth in sales and profit Page 2 of 4 4. Proactively manage and review the performance and progress of Store Managers 5. Ensure that the retail operations comply with all policies and procedures 6. Responsible for retail operations in Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore REQUIREMENTS: 1. Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Management or related discipline 2. Minimum 7 years of experience managing retail operations in Indonesia or South East Asia 3. Self-starter with business sense and excellent organizational skills 4. Candidate should have superior project management and time management skills 5. Proven ability to motivate, coach and develop people 6. Candidate should be willing to travel & fluent in English
