Indosat Ooredoo looking for qualified candidates for:

Key Account-Area Manager – Medan
Location:Indonesia – Medan

Role Purpose:Responsible for Key Account sales in North Sumatera Area (Medan, Jambi, Pekanbaru, Padang) including revenue generation, subscribers acquisition, loyalty and retention as well as managing expense and territory management in cooperation with other areas within the region. Area Manager also act as liaise daily supervisor for other shales channel's team (i.e. Indirect Channel and Business Solution Sales in the respective region).

General Qualification :

  • Good ability on leadership
  • Good analytical thinking
  • Strong organizational, time management and negotiation skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Effective people management skills
Specific Qualification :
  • High ability to motivate and lead sales team
  • In-depth understanding of effective sales system to support successful sales delivery
  • Ability to translate the group and region business strategy into a clear and detailed action plan
  • Excellent writing, reading and speaking skills in English language; knowledge of local language is preferred
  • Corporate level proficiency in MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint, business email and computer skills
Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years Managerial experience in Telecom / FMCG / BFSI sector in Indonesia; Key Account experience is a plus
  • Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures
  • Successful track records of delivering sales in line with budgets
