Requirements:
- With min. 35 years old with min. 5 years same professional experience in manufacturing industry
- Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable university
- Self starter, resourceful and result driven
- Excellent negotiation & interpersonal skills
- Good verbal & written communication
- Analytical thinking, strategic concept planning with high degree of integrity and responsibility
- Result oriented, able to work under pressure and tight deadline, and committed to finish the task
- Have leadership visionary and managerial skill and able to work effectively, both independently or team based
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver against targets
- Mastering Logistic/Supply Chain management will be an advantage
- Preferably living in Cikarang/Bekasi area
