Duties:

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with BOD, advisors, legal counsel, and business partners.
  • Identify, evaluate, recommend, and monitor investments.
  • Perform due diligence on potential investment opportunities. 
  • Negotiate legal and business terms and conditions in partnership agreements.
  • Prepare written materials for and make oral presentations to the BOD, investors, and business partners.

Qualifications:

  • Female.
  • Bachelor's Degree / S1 in business, finance, accounting or related field.
  • Three years or more of related experience in a relevant company.
  • Specialized Industry Knowledge - The Analyst must possess knowledge about PE, VC, LBO, etc. 
  • Analytical Skills - The Analyst must possess excellent analytical skills to assess investment opportunities in terms of financials and operational.
  • Computer Skills - proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Communication Skills - Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential. The Analyst prepares written due diligence reports for presentation and makes oral presentations to the BOD. The Analyst must also prepare quarterly reports of the portfolio companies. 
  • Interpersonal Skills - The Analyst will coordinate and facilitate work flow with a diverse group of external parties, including consultants, legal counsels, managers, directors, business partners, clients, etc.
  • Negotiating Skills - The Analyst must possess excellent negotiation skills. The Analyst participates in the negotiation of terms and conditions in complex limited partnership agreements. 
  • Time Management/Organizational Skills - The Analyst must have the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
