Job Specification
- Minimum S1 of Biology
- Fresh Graduate/ minimum 1 years
- Have a good understanding in English (both oral & written)
- Responsible for implementation of the operator to run the device and tools
- Preliminary solve the problem in location if there is any trouble/ problem in device as well as followed it up to the Technician Field Service Engineer if needed
- Make a report for each function of device and report it to the principle
- Ensure the quality of reagents
- Perform training to each device user
- Handling customer complaint and coordinate with Hotline Officer
