Job Responsibilities:

• Exercising oversight operations of the company day-to-day including planning work schedule of subordinates, monitoring customer order, and build a solid working team.
• Establishing plans, budgets, target, and result measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress; making mid-course corrections.
• Conducting direct control of the gains / losses of companies by way of monitoring cash in / cash out, monitoring the position of stock / inventory and analysis of sales data.
• Make plan with Sales & Marketing Dept, and then monitor & ensure target achievement.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Forecast and track key account metrics
• Assessing the performance of subordinates and set forth in a performance report.
• Perform managerial functions, including the function of management, training and decision making of misconduct committed by their subordinates.
• Responsible for the entire inventory and condition of facilities used to support the company's operations.

Requirements:

• Experienced as GM, especially in gadget distribution. 
• Fluent in English language.
• Sales & target oriented person
• Able to guide and motivate subordinates, especially for the sales people to achieve target
• Preferably has good channel in education
• Good leadership
